Who handles your information
ODIWC is an early-stage project based in Canada. Contact the founder at founders@odiwc.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
Early-access signups include your email, creator type, and optional message. Contact inquiries include your name, email, inquiry type, and message. We use this information to review inquiries and coordinate early access. We do not sell your information.
The interactive demo
The public demo uses fictional sample data. Drafts, simulated schedules, and preferences you create are stored in your browser. They are not sent to an AI provider or social platform. The reset action removes this demo data from your browser.
Cookies and security
Administration uses essential session cookies. The current site has no advertising cookies or third-party analytics. We use short-lived hashed request identifiers and counters to limit abuse of forms and login. Infrastructure providers may collect operational logs.
Storage and providers
The public website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions and authenticated administration use Supabase with a database in Canada. Netlify serves the website globally and may process requests and operational logs in the United States and other countries. Business email is provided by Namecheap Private Email. Local development uses separate local storage.
Retention and your choices
We aim to keep signup and inquiry data only as long as needed for the stated purposes. You can request access, correction, removal, or withdrawal from early-access communications by contacting the founder. A formal operational retention schedule has not yet been established.
Children and changes
This project is intended for adults running creative businesses. Do not submit sensitive personal information or children’s data. We will update this notice as the product and its providers develop.
